The members so of the Marlboro Fire Department are having a very busy Monday!!! We handled our pool heater fire that turned into a large woods fire with no incident ! Thank you to our mutual aid compaines that helped out the Robertsville Volunteer Fire Co. #1 and the Colts Neck Fire DeptWe also want to thank East Freehold Fire Company and the Gordons Corner Fire Co for coming by our station to lend a hand in case we got another call!
Once we got back and put all of our appartus back together we got hit out for a working car fire in the driveway of a residence and we responded and were able to extinguish the vehicle fire without any further damage to the near by house.
And thats not all folks! One more call to round out our afternoon of fun we had a small brush fire in the parking lot of the Bear Brooks Commons lot in the area of the Wawa store!
Boy its a busy Monday but, the best part is?? All of our members are safe and still able to come home tonight to spend our much needed time with our family! It takes a lot of heart and pride to do what we do on a daily basis but we wouldn’t trade this job for anything in the world!
